Planning an event in Roswell, Georgia?  We have a variety of venues, meeting rooms, and multifunction spaces equipped to suit virtually any need.

 

Please contact the church office to complete a reservation request.  You will need to provide the following information:

  1. Contact name, phone number and email address
  2. Company or group name (if applicable) and mailing address
  3. Rooms requested (see diagram attached below)
  4. Dates and start / end times for request

FELLOWSHIP   HALL $35.00/Hour   or $150.00/Day $100.00/Hour   or $300.00/Day
KITCHEN $40.00/Day $100.00/Day
SANCTUARY $35.00/Hour   or $150.00/Day $100.00/Hour   or $500.00/Day

Assistance requested before/during/after the function (subject to personnel availability):

JANITORIAL SERVICES (PER PERSON) $40.00/Hour

AUDIO/VISUAL EQUIPMENT (PER PERSON) $40.00/Hour

SET UP/TAKE DOWN (PER PERSON) $25.00/Hour

**NOTE: A $200.00 DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED FOR EACH EVENT. THIS AMOUNT WILL BE DEPOSITED AND WILL BE REFUNDED WHEN KEY IS RETURNED TO CHURCH SECRETARY. DEDUCTIONS WILL BE MADE IF AREA/S USED ARE NOT LEFT CLEAN AND UNDAMAGED. ANY CANCELLATION WITHIN 2 WEEKS OF EVENT RESULTS IN FORFEITURE OF THIS DEPOSIT.
